Our team are all very experienced in all aspects of residential property management with Norma, Kathy, Hugh and Mike having been together for over 20 years. This is reflected in the wonderful relationship of trust and comradery.Barbara has over 10 years of front line experience in the business and joined us in 2022 as a result of her previous company being sold. Mark has joined the company recently as a specialist adviser and support person. He resides overseas.
Mike previously owned and operated Pinkney Real Estate Ltd on the North Shore for over 35 years and having been in the real estate profession since 1970. He and the team operate Pinkney Property Management (Homes4Rent Ltd) as a specialist residential property management company.
Pinkney Property Management does nothing else, no sales, auctions, tenders etc. Our aim is continual improvement in maximising the property ownership/investment experience for our clients while providing a superior service for our customers (tenants). We are a niche operator focussing on improving the quality of our managements rather than taking on more properties irrespective of the quality of the property or the relationship with our clients.
Mike Pinkney is a Fellow (FREINZ), a past Auckland President and past National Councillor of the Real Estate Institute. As National Councillor he was responsible for all matters relating to property management including policy, education and processes. In that role he represented the Institute for almost 10 years in meetings with property managers around the country and with Government officials on matters relating to property management in general and the development of residential property management law in particular.He remains fully informed on the very latest matters of importance that relate to you and your property.
