We only charge based on income. We do not charge our clients for arranging or supervising maintenance or repairs.
We believe that our rate is fair and competitive.
We do not charge for maintenance and repairs because:
- We want to select the best and most appropriate tradesperson or company for any work based on numerous factors including their charges.
- We never want to be influenced by the possibility of collecting a fee based on the cost of the job.
- Even though we do not do so, if we charged a fee, you might be concerned that we were influenced by what we could gain from a higher cost job.
- WE believe that our pricing regime of only charging you on income received is fair and reasonable and avoids extra costs for you.
